Rights Reserved (?)
Illustration VS Rights Reserved Photography
Is there realy any point to make question like this - reserved rights in mass media culture???
Especially in case like this when somebody used photography posted on the net (blog) like a base motive to his fashion illustration? I think that many people claiming that their intellectual property as copyright is stollen by the others are totaly paranoid construct of what is happening in our everyday life and that they doesn't recognised difference between inspiration and plagiarism. Everything is accessible to everyone.
No one doesn't realy own anything & People Like to Share - remember that ;)
But making money of anything is some other story and it isn't pleasant... Focus on Good stuff and Be Happy! That's The Meaning!
And Enjoy in Fashion :D
