They can make them glow in the dark, by adding the fluorescent chemical quinine contained in tonic water, or light them up internally by shooting LEDs through Perspex tubes. Bompas & Parr first made Jelly Ronson, a glow-in-the-dark alcoholic jelly for Mark Ronson's 33rd Birthday Party.
